Easy and delicious peppermint mocha

Peppermint mocha anyone? This is a fun & festive dessert drink to share with guests this holiday season.

I found the peppermint whipped cream at WholeFoods. It is just the right about of mint. Not oily and not overwhelming.

I mixed one packet of Nestle Rich Chocolate cocoa with one packet of NescafĂ©’s Taster’s Choice instant coffee. (But you can use regular brewed coffee or espresso if you prefer.) I added hot water and stirred the drink. Then I dropped in one of King Leo’s Soft Peppermint Sticks into the drink. (You can use a mini candy cane too, but we like the soft sticks because they melt faster.) I topped with peppermint whipped topping, dusted with cocoa and then embellished with an old fashioned chocolate dipped peppermint stick by Bogdons.

Enjoy and Happy Holidays!
